As devastating wildfires continue to sweep across Northwestern Ontario, thousands of people have been forced to leave their homes with little more than the essentials. Indigenous communities have been disproportionately impacted.
Families are facing weeks or months away from their communities, uncertain of when it will be safe to return. True North Aid is working alongside affected communities to provide immediate support, helping evacuees access necessities such as baby formula, hygiene supplies, bedding, and other urgent essential resources.
Your support allows them to respond quickly where the need is greatest. Every donation helps provide practical relief immediately as they begin the long road to recovery for those whose lives have been upended by these devastating fires.
The Vohra Miller Foundation will match every donation dollar for dollar up to 20,000 CAD.
